  22.     Release 1.54 brings you configurable entries in the Tools menu,
  23.     with argument macros.  See changes.txt for other enhancements.

  25.     If you're one of the many satisfied users of Windev who snap up
  26.     new releases as soon as they appear, but have yet to register,
  27.     it couldn't be easier using CompuServe's online registration
  28.     service.  Click "Help" in Windev's startup dialog for details
  29.     of this service, and other methods of payment.

  38. Minimum Hardware and Software Requirements
  39.  
  40.     This release for Microsoft (R) Windows 3.1 (TM) requires a 386 PC
  41.     with at least 4MB of RAM, running MS-DOS 3.0, or later, and Windows
  42.     in enhanced mode.  For installation, Windev requires about 500 KB
  43.     of free disk space.

  45. Installation Instructions:
  46.  
  47.     1) Change drive to the installation disk (eg. A:)
  48.     2) Type "INSTALL destination-directory"
  49.     where <destination-directory> is the full path to the
  50.     directory below which the WINDEV installation directory
  51.     will be created.  Do not type a trailing '\'.
  52.     (eg. INSTALL C: or INSTALL C:\UTILS)
  53.     3) Read LICENSE.TXT in the WINDEV subdirectory to the
  54.     directory specified in step 2.  If you agree to the
  55.     terms, continue...
  56.     4) Use Program Manager to add WINDEV.EXE to one of your
  57.     program groups.
  58.     5) Try WINDEV and see how much more productive it makes you!
